Feb 25 2016 Old Bar
The beautiful bronze/gold bark of the Norfolk Pine…..oxidised by the salt water and sea air.
In its living state, the Norfolk pine reveals a magnificent magenta colour, under its peeling bark at the core of its trunk. To me the colour majenta represents change and transformation…..the release of old emotional patterns that prevent personal and spiritual development and aid us in moving forward.
Interestingly in the oxidisation process, the majenta bark transforms into a bronze/gold colour; gold representing the colour of the Divine and bronze the colour of the Divine where it touches the earth.
So beautifully symbolic of the transformation of the human soul through its earthly incarnations to reach the gold within.
